Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
1. No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

This giveaway is open to residents in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa aged 18 years or over. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to TheKiteMag, Airush, AK Durable Supply Co, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. This giveaway will commence at 16:00 UTC+1 26 October 2021 and all entries must be received by 16:00 UTC+1 9 November 2021. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. Entrants may submit only one entry.

9. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. 10. The winner will be notified via email by 12 November 2021. The winner must claim their prize within 2 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

15. The main prize winner agrees that Airush, AK Durable Supply Co. and TheKiteMag can share their first name and city publicly. The winner also agrees to send Airush, AK Durable Supply Co. and TheKiteMag hi-resolution photos taken in good light that contain the winner with their prize. The winner further grants Airush, AK Durable Supply Co. and TheKiteMag permission to share this on social media and via other media that Airush, AK Durable Supply Co. and TheKiteMag control. The winner further agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
