the 2015 fuel reinvented - The 2015 FUEL: REINVENTED

SLINGSHOT have announced the release of the new FUEL kite, and with the help of their senior designer, have turned a high-grade, professional-use kite into one that's now accessible to all, by introducing the Nitrous Bridle System.

Over to Slingshot to tell you more…

‘The Fuel has set the standard for C Kite design for the last 13 years. Since then the FUEL has been the trusted tool for the most progressive riders in the world. From podium finishes to giant mega-loops, the FUEL has proven itself as the ultimate kite for the best riders in the world.

This year our head-designer Tony Logosz had one mission in mind; to make the FUEL’s performance accessible for everyone without compromising the power and trust felt by the best riders in the world.

That was the inspiration behind the revolutionary new NITROUS BRIDLE SYSTEM. A system that allows you to run your Fuel two different ways: Direct Connect and Nitrous System mode.

The “Nitrous Mode” is our new 4 point pulley-less bridle system that comes pre-installed on the new 2015 FUEL. The Fuel in Nitrous mode delivers explosive pop, massive travel, and for the first time, you get incredible range and turn-ability. Basically it makes the Fuel fly like an RPM on Steroids.

And, for the more advanced riders, the FUEL can still be used in the Direct connect mode with the bridle removed so you can still enjoy that trusted pull that has become so legendary.

Consistent with its legendary performance you can be rest assured the 2015 FUEL still comes complete with the original game-changing technologies like our patented One Pump inflation system, Splitstrut Airframe concept, Surf Tough Seams and Custom Fuel Injection attachment points. Constructed using our state of the art manufacturing process combined with top of the line materials you can be assured your Fuel will offer maximum durability with timeless performance.

Now anyone can take their riding to the next level with the kite that defined “the next level”.'
