Adventure Calls
There isn’t much that the Maldives doesn’t have when it comes to the perfect kite trip. Louka Pitot is from Mauritius and even he can’t fault it. Time to book those flights…
READ MOREThe past few months in Mui Ne, Vietnam it has the been peak season for me in my school kite-n-surf.com. It has been one of the best seasons for wind I can remember.
It felt a bit like Groundhog Day, with 20 knots plus and minimum head high waves for at least three months straight. You know it’s a good season when your beach flags only last one month!
We even scored solid typhoon surf early in the season in a few secret bays a few hours up north, that were protected from the 40-50 knots plus wind and 5 meter swell.
This month however the wind and swell Gods are having a bit of a well-earned rest, which is good timing because the flow of students and tourists is slowing down.
So soon I will have some time on my hands for a bit of exploring… I have a few islands in mind in the South China Seas – stay tuned 😉
