CORE Pace Sebastian Witzleben Thomas Burblies 1200x800 - Meet the all-new CORE Pace

Meet the all-new CORE Pace

A new highlight joins the CORE lineup: The all-new Pace steps up with the promise of mastering all modern disciplines — while delivering impressive Big Air performance. All in a design that suits riders of every level.

The family resemblance to the Pace Pro is unmistakable: the goal was to bring CORE’s successful design concept to a broader audience — with an even wider range of use. Yet the Pace is far more than just a softened version of the Pace Pro. From a refined material mix to numerous design adaptations on the profile, tips, and airframe, the Pace stands as an independent model — built to master every modern discipline, unlocking maximum potential and fast progression.

The Pace features a fixed bridle. This allowed Lead Designer Frank Ilfrich and his team to design a kite with an even higher aspect ratio than the XR. The 14-point bridle not only stabilizes the shape but also opens new possibilities in aerodynamics and setup tuning. Combined with a fast, agile 3-strut frame, the Pace creates an explosive mix of lift, hangtime, and sportiness. “In the Pace’s special combination of a high aspect ratio and 3-strut frame, we managed to unite two properties that normally contradict each other,” explains Frank, “On the one hand, maximum performance in jump height and hangtime — and on the other hand, the agility for fast loops and clean catches — all with full control.”

The proven high-performance ExoTex® 2 Leading Edge combined with ExoTex® Light Struts deliver a stable yet smooth power delivery. The optimized profile design directly enhances the Pace’s extraordinary power, hangtime, and intuitive sheet-and-go feeling. Balanced bar forces ensure soft, accessible handling — without compromising on core pull. Thanks to additional sweep and narrower tips, the Pace relaunches from the water with ease.

The Pace finds its sweet spot right between all the established all-round models, the XR and the Nexus. While the XR is known for delivering maximum lift and hangtime, and the Nexus for its playful versatility across freeride, freestyle, and waves — the Pace combines the best of both worlds: Power on demand, fast loops, and tight turns — with effortless control at any wind strength.

Those looking to extend their Big Air jumps with stylish tricks and easy-to-trigger kiteloops will find the perfect match within the Pace. Thanks to its responsiveness, it’s also a fantastic companion for wave and foil sessions — and brings a lively, sporty
character to every discipline.
